CCA Gives Back Grant Program 2023

Capital Cardiology Associates (CCA) has donated a life-saving Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to the Bethlehem Softball League. This contribution is part of CCA's Gives Back Grant Program, which supports community organizations in need through various initiatives like food drives, community service days, and awareness events.

We had the pleasure of having John Kirk, the Treasurer of the league, alongside Dr. Krzysztof Drzymalski from Capital Cardiology Associates, and Kyle Brownell, Assistant Director of Operations, join us to make the presentation.

Youth sports leagues and venues play a vital role in shaping the lives of young athletes, fostering teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game. However, it's equally important to prioritize their safety. That's why having AEDs readily available in these settings is crucial.

In the event of a sudden cardiac arrest, immediate access to an AED can make all the difference. Time is of the essence, and having this life-saving device on hand can significantly increase the chances of saving a young athlete's life. It provides a sense of security and reassurance to players, coaches, and parents, knowing that help is readily available if ever needed.

Capital Cardiology Associates is committed to the well-being of our communities.
