Cardiac Rehabilitation

Capital Cardiology Associates offers an Enhanced Cardiac Rehabilitation program at our Albany Corporate Woods location, utilizing the Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation curriculum. Cardiometabolic Clinic

The CCA Cardiometabolic Clinic provides specialized care for patients managing cardiovascular risk factors including high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity, and diabetes. The clinic is staffed by clinical pharmacists and works closely with CCA physicians to optimize medication management, lifestyle interventions, and weight management strategies including FDA-approved medications such as GLP-1 receptor agonists.

Remote Cardiac Monitoring — CCA Connected Cardiology

CCA Connected Cardiology is a remote monitoring program that allows CCA providers to track a patient's heart condition from home using connected devices. The program supports patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and other chronic cardiac conditions, reducing the need for in-person visits while maintaining continuous clinical oversight.
