Dr. Carl Alexander Heinecke works in Albany, NY and specializes in Cardiovascular Disease. He graduated from Union College with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Biology. Prior to graduating, he spent a year abroad comparing health care delivery systems in the Netherlands, England and Hungary.
